• Responsible for always aligning the KPIs for the organization, thus lead to zero cost cut on project.
• Responsible for creating many Handbooks for different level of users such as End User Guide, ITIL User Guide etc.,
• Maintaining the Configuration and Asset Management and always perform the Health scan on all CI’s within organization 24/7
• Enabling the HR Case Management to automate the Onboarding, off boarding, case Transfer process within IT with more flexibility and auditing.
• Building Workflows and Processes in the organization to enable multiple scopes of implementation.
