TT Technologies Inc is looking for Cloud Services Support Specialist to work in Flushing, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must possess Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related fields and 6 months experience in 

• Provides technical guidance, support, and project management for computing platforms and platform integration.
• Solve unique customer and infrastructure/platform issues.
• Assist in defining the roadmap for cloud deployments.
• Contributes to analysis and recommendations relating to performance and/or capacity of platform to ensure reliability for current and/or future use.
• Expertise with Spring framework, Web logic, Tomcat, Security and design patterns.
• Prepares and delivers effective support by seeking a thorough understanding of the team’s goals and objectives.
• Good Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with REST and RPC APIs.
• Establish processes, infrastructure and training to ensure to meet customer expectations related to technical design, construction, fit, color match, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provides proof of concept for application teams in Python, AWS, Cloud formation, Chef, JavaScript and graph database technologies.
• Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and health of all server and platforms.
